This role leads a team of account managers, trading underwriters and policy issuance staff to effectively secure renewals and drive profitable revenue growth from a P&L perspective. You will recruit, develop and manage the performance of the team and ensure they have the resources they need to succeed. You will drive the development of individual account plans and performance against them and/or drive business development and relationship management activities, ensuring the team are working effectively with marketing, operations, claims and underwriting teams. You will actively support team members and lead business development activities where necessary.
Assist Account Directors in the following major functions: ~ Insurance and Reinsurance Programming ~ Risk Analysis and Product/Service Development ~ Claims Management ~ Premium Billings and Collection ~ Claims billings, collection and payment ~ Risk survey monitoring & update report ~ Risk Management/Loss Control and Prevention ~ Coordinate client meetings, trips and other special requirements; ~ Coordinate with other Aon offices in the servicing of group business outside of Asia; ~ Manage common electronic filing for all the accounts ~ Prepare timely reports ~ Other ad-hoc assignments
~ Preparation and technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of treaty business by the treaty broking team ~ Preparation of treaty slip/wordings and cover notes ~ Maintenance of treaty placement correspondence files ~ Preparation of summary term sheets, treaty programme structure charts and the analysis of market support for treaty programmes ~ Support for brokers in their communications with clients and reinsurers ~ Other incidental duties related to the negotiation and placement of treaty reinsurance contracts.
~ Manage a portfolio of inward Global and Risk Managed accounts ~ Responsible for generating organic growth from existing Accounts ~ Assist the Director in co-servicing their major Accounts
~ Development, maintenance and sharing of sales driven Content which stresses key benefits of the products for the Singapore website. ~ Understands the local Singapore market and can therefore communicate Company's value proposition in the most effective way that resonates with both prospects and customers. ~ Develop interesting and engaging content on an on-going basis for the upcoming Blog. ~ Initiate Social Media campaigns based on creative ideas which will generate buzz. ~ Engage in day to day Social Media activities which engage with prospects and customers to extend online reach and manage Company's brand reputation. Monitor and respond to blog comments and social media mentions effectively. ~ Assist with Link building efforts for SEO, primarily through creating relationships with owners of online sites and finding methods to encourage links to Company site.
~ Handle all enquiries from clients ~ Provide quotations to clients, within authority limits granted ~ Follow-up on outstanding renewals and quotes (new business) ~ Process urgent insurance documentation Assist in credit control
~ Achieve Corporate channel budget and action plan ~ Service all assigned corporate clients ~ Attend to enquiries from corporate clients on new business, renewal and provide prompt and efficient service to all clients ~ Develop new business
~ Identify and develop new business, meet renewal retention for individual and corporate clients through existing and new distribution channels ~ Achieve growth and profit targets ~ Provide quotations and renewal terms ~ Establish and maintain a prominent profile with intermediaries and clients ~ Conduct market research and provide assistance in the areas of product development, repackaging and design ~ Provide product training to intermediaries and clients ~ Handle enquiries from intermediaries and customers
~ Review and underwrite risks in accordance with the underwriting authority of the Underwriting Guide ~ Analyze and prepare reports and statistics on the performance of the portfolio and clients
